Adult Softball

Long Lake Lutheran Church participates in the Dalbo Area Ministerial Softball League.  This is a growing and active league, with around 30 teams competing in two divisions.

2012 summer schedule

May through August we play weekly games against teams from other area churches, and end the season with a tournament.  Weekly games are Tuesdays at 7pm.  Home games are played at the BJ Johnson and Missy Morey Memorial Field on the east side of the church property.  The play is always fun and sometimes competitive.  But ultimately, we are all on Christ’s team and every game is centered around Him.

Adult Softball is open to anyone 16 years or older.  Anyone interested in joining us in serving Christ is welcomed to join us in the softball ministry.  You need not be an athletic superstar, just interested in playing softball.  We organize in April – a sign up sheet will be placed in the church Narthex.  Announcements will also be made in the Spire newsletter.

 In 2009 LLLC became the Champions in the Church D2 League and  we won the end of year tournament.
